This is the third time I've stayed at Cypress Apartments. The first time was with my husband for my 50th birthday in September 2010. When arriving home after our meal I got a lovely surprise as the managers Cheryl and Andrew had left some 50th balloons, a bottle of wine and two wine glasses with chocoolates in them. It really topped of a great day. I then went back in Feb this year by myself for a break. the first night I had a fall and badly sprained my ankle ( which later found out it was broken). Cheryl and Andrew went out of ther way to help me and to make me as comfortable as possible, they even shifted me to a ground floor unit as I was on the third floor. I have just cime back from 15 day's with them again by myself. They again made me feel so welcome. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. They are the nicest people and make you feel so welcomed. They are very friendly and make you feel so at home. The apartments are really nice and homely. You get a homely feeling all around and Cherly and Andrew have a big part in this. We are going back there in October for a holiday and for the V8's car racing. I cannot fault these apartment and would tell people to try them as they won't be disappointed. Cherly and Andrew I would like to say keep up the great work as you are a spwcial couple and have made me feel so comfortable staying with you. I now class you both as friends. The location is fabulous, close to everything but not noisy. The rooms are very clean and the managers were friendky and very helpful.

The unit was comfortable and had everything that we needed in a quiet area of Surfers' Paradise. We would definitely stay there again.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. Cheryl and Andrew are very helpful. A great location so close to everything. I will definitely be stating there again. Highly recommended.

Really very lovely people Cheryl and Andrew, so pleased to have stayed at Cypress Ave Apartments and will definately be back when we stay in Surfers Paradise again. They were so helpful & friendly and that was really nice to have such great customer service while on holidays as it is quite rare. The room was freshly painted and very comfortable, also nice and quiet yet a very close walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise which is handy. Also very conveniently only about 2 blocks walk to the bus stop which we caught to go to the 3 parks. I would give Cypress Ave Apartments a 5 out of 5. Looking forward to seeing you again Cheryl and Andrew :)
